The Glossmaster® range includes a wheel-out trough including piping and circulation pump for quick changeovers and ease of cleaning. The enrober tank has a double trough arrangement, specially designed for the baked goods or products with inclusions.
The second trough is for the drip mass and overflow from first trough and feeds directly to return pump. This gets rid of inclusions and/or crumbs which can be sieved before returning to the day tank.
